Staff were efficient and very attentive at any hour!!

The hotel location was excellent near everything. Stayed in nicely decorated family room with great view over the garden.

I liked the staff very much, especially the two ladies attending to the restaurant and the breakfast room: very kind, warm, friendly and courteous.

Nothing.

Croissant & toasted bread. Jam and butter were delicious

I would suggest more local cake offers, maybe biscuits, a variety of croissant and brioches, more fresh fruits....

The breakfast was exceptional with hash browns and lovely fruit, as for instance for the continental breakfast. The hotel had a particularly good location to river where is more seating.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Make sure to get double room with an excellent bed, bedroom plus AC.

The bathrooms are cold.

Overall it was a very nice stay with great service and superb food. Everything was well-maintained, really enjoyed the garden view from my double room.

Gorgeous accommodation with super-friendly staff members especially the receptionist and Stacy the evening waitress. Amazing location in a calm area right by public areas, the conservatory overlooking the lovely garden and the gardens on a warm May 

Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Mildenhall and District Museum. Breakfast with hash browns and lovely fruit and toast.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, near the town center. Very good service, as the staff were extremely helpful. We booked family room, it was airy.

The room was well-equipped with an astonishing view of the garden. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, quite a walk from old town. All the staff were attentive.

Booked it for our trip and had a really really nice stay here. Everything was well-maintained, so were particularly nice views of the garden and river.

Reasonably clean venue with exceptional breakfasts and garden views. Comfortable bed in the family room, plus a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Family atmosphere and private bathroom. Exceptionally nice location in the conservatory overlooking the lovely

I would recommend the place. A huge variety of good food, I liked it. The rooms were well-appointed and tastefully decorated with the air con on, and family atmosphere.

Outstanding food, good service and pleasant view of the lovely garden. Particularly good location to taxis to-and-from the races and airy rooms. Also - just off RAF Lakenheath as well as restaurants. Early check-in, exceptionally nice employees.  

It was nicely decorated, decent size and with a spacious bathroom. The location was magnificent and wonderful, close to Mildenhall and District Museum.

All was perfect.
